Whiteout Survival · State #3220
#3220's Non-aggression pact (NAP)
A NAP (non-aggression pact) is an agreement between alliances not to attack one another. Like many states, #3220 goes further — running its NAP alliances as one system, sharing the State's fortresses, strongholds and the Presidency, and maintaining the rotation. How We Play came out of the June 2026 reset, when an SVS-first system broke and #3220 chose to play a different way.

#3220's Playbook
The NAP isn't a truce; it's an operating system. Three principles keep the alliances one State.
Rotation
Fortresses, strongholds and the Presidency circulate between the alliances — held in turn, never owned. No one alliance runs #3220.
Containment
One player's problem never becomes an alliance-versus-alliance war — including attacks on NAP facilities by non-NAP players. Deal with the player, not the banner.
One rulebook
The same rules bind every alliance and every player — the biggest account included. The pact outranks anyone; nobody sits above it.
The People Behind #3220
Meet some of our key leaders who run the state and keep #3220 steady.

Hellstorm#3220
“Pack your bags!… 2! 3! 4!”

AbsoluteZero#3220
“Ask yourself what you're really looking for in a state — pressure, or people. Here we choose carefully who joins, we agree our rules together, and we stand behind each other when it counts. If that's the home you want, 3220 will meet you halfway.”

Hellfire#3220
“It's called a game, not life. Life is too serious already — join our state and have fun, but drama is not tolerated.”

Hellfire#3220
“Play for longevity, not insanity.”
What is a NAP?
The questions new and transferring players ask about non-aggression pacts in Whiteout Survival — answered straight.
- What is a NAP in Whiteout Survival?
- A non-aggression pact — an agreement between alliances not to attack one another's cities or farms, so members can grow and coordinate instead of fighting their neighbours.
- How do alliances form a NAP?
- Alliance leaders agree terms directly, in-game or on Discord. State #3220 formalises it: its alliances under one rulebook, sharing and rotating the State's assets.
- What does a NAP actually cover?
- No attacks between member alliances, shared fortresses, strongholds and the Presidency on rotation, and proportionate handling of any single player who breaks the peace.
- Does a NAP mean no PvP?
- No — you still fight SVS, FDT and other events. The pact is about not burning your own neighbours, not about avoiding the game.
