Privacy

What we collect

• Transfer applications — the details you type into the form: in-game name and ID, current state and alliance, self-reported stats (power, furnace, Fire Crystal, Labyrinth, troop tiers), event availability, and your answers to our questions.
• Leaders only— if you're on our leadership team and sign in, we store your Discord username and ID to verify you and show your name in the private console.

We never ask for your game login or password, and we don't collect payment details, real names, or addresses.

Why we collect it

Only to review transfer applications and coordinate with you about joining #3220. Leader sign-in exists solely to gate the private dashboard.

Who can see it, and where it lives

Applications are visible only to State #3220 leadership, through a private, sign-in-gated dashboard — they are never shown publicly. The data is held in a private database (Supabase); the application tables aren't publicly accessible, and the site reaches them only through restricted functions.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how many people visit and use the site. It is privacy-friendly and cookieless — it does not track you across other websites, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Updating or removing your data

Want your application changed or deleted? Message us on Discord and we'll take care of it.
